What time do Lotto tickets stop selling?

Do you predict the winning numbers?
No — and I'd be suspicious of anyone who says they do. Every draw is a separate, independent event, so hot and cold streaks are descriptions of the past, not promises about Saturday. I use real draw history to make the numbers interesting, not to pretend the maths can be beaten.
